As a food reviewer, I have had the pleasure of exploring the diverse menu offerings at Spring Thai Fusion & Bar. From the mouthwatering Chicken Lettuce Wraps to the tantalizing Pad Thai and Sushi Deluxe, each dish is a culinary masterpiece that delights the senses.
One of the standout dishes that captured my attention was the Red Snapper in Basil Sauce. The tender fish paired with aromatic basil sauce created a harmony of flavors that left a lasting impression. Additionally, the Crab Fried Rice made with real lump crab meat was a standout dish that showcased the chef's attention to detail and quality ingredients.
From the refreshing Lychee Thai Iced Tea to the classic Thai Iced Tea, the drink options perfectly complemented the flavorful dishes. The attentive service and cozy ambiance added to the overall dining experience, making it a top choice for a memorable meal.

I came with my family and we were able to share an appetizer and two entrees between the three of us. We ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wrap to start, Pad Thai, and the Sushi Deluxe. All were delicious but our favorite was the Pad Thai! For dessert we got the Spumoni Bomba, Guava Mango Flute, and the Mango Sticky rice which were just as good! We had went early in evening so it wasnt too crowded and the service was wonderful~ We'll definitely be coming back again!

If you haven't experienced Chef Abel's sushi yet, you're in for a treat! Today, I asked him to create a surprise combination, and it was an absolute delight. Check out the video below to see the stunning presentation and savor the unique flavors. This special creation featured salmon, cream cheese, avocado, and fluke fish layered on top, along with tuna--not your traditional white rice sushi. It's not on the menu, so be sure to ask for it specially. Enjoy this exceptional dining experience!

Great menu options, the food is fresh and service is very fast! Have been eating here since it opened! The decor and ambiance is excellent !

Amazing food and great service! The red curry was absolutely delicious. My favorite were the drunk noodles--the flavor is truly the best I've had in any drunken noodles I've ever ordered and I've been to MANY Thai restaurants! This place is a hole in the wall, but the seating is very nice and I highly recommend stopping by!

Spring Thai in Rego Park is a gem! The venue is beautiful, and the service is top-notch. We started with refreshing Lychee Thai Iced Tea and classic Thai Iced Tea. The Rock Shrimp Tempura was stunning and flavorful, and the Sexy Lobster Roll was a perfect blend of taste and presentation. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps offered a delightful new flavor experience, while the Seafood Paella was a surprising and tasty twist. The Red Snapper in Basil Sauce was a highlight, with tender fish and aromatic basil sauce. For a memorable meal with exceptional service, visit Spring Thai in Rego Park. You won't be disappointed!

We stopped by on a whim after a doctors appointment across the street. Excellent beef Pho!! Their Thai iced tea was delicious. Server was attentive and kind! Tasty and fresh food with large portions. Clean restaurant and neat and updated bathrooms with easy access.

Overall this place is a solid addition to the neighborhood with an impressively large pan-Asian menu that has everything from your usual Thai fares to sushi. It is also spacious inside, good for groups. The food came out reasonably fast, and service was decent. My friend and I tried their Crab fried rice, Masaman vegetable curry, and also their Naruto roll. The crab fried rice was excellent, made with real lump crab meat, and the rice was springy and has good mouthfeel, not too salty or oily. The Naruto roll was surprisingly light and refreshing since there is no rice inside (it uses a cucumber wrapper), and was tightly wrapped so nothing was falling out. I would ask for the ponzu sauce on the side next time, but other than that it was perfect. The curry was also flavorful and a delight during the colder months, although the white rice side that was provided is very small. The only thing I did not like at all was the Roselle Ice tea. It was served WARM instead of cold, and tasted like warm cranberry juice... I had to ask for a cup of ice on the side so it was at least drinkable. But even then, I feel like it just tasted like barely cold juice. I would not get that again.

Cozy This place is pretty cozy, I went on a quick date here and it's honestly not as bad as I thought. I really want to give this place a 3.5 but as we know yelp... That's not how that works, a 3 is a bit harsh but a 4 is reaching its potential. The food was delicious, my friend ordered pad thai and it was good. I myself ordered the noodle soup, the weather was calling for it & Did not disappoint! Service was fairly decent, took a while for the drinks but overall I was satisfied here. Do recommend on a cold evening

Stopped by to grab some takeout as I was very hungry and now I have a new go to spot for when I'm in the area! If you order pickup, you can order on their website and it'll tell you that you'll pay in the store when you arrive. I got their pineapple fried rice and shrimp pad Thai and both were very flavorful. I'm interested in trying their sushi's next time as they seem to have some great reviews. The staff were very friendly as well and the place seems very clean. This is a definitely a spot that I'd like to try more of their food.
